Anita Waxman is a Tony Award-winning producer, garnering over eighty nominations and sixteen Tony awards, and is a member of the Broadway League.
It was in London in the 1980s where her passion for working in the theatre developed with such shows as Wild Honey (Sir Ian McKellen), Mr. & Mrs. Nobody (Judi Dench), Long Day’s Journey into Night, and others. In the 1990s, she created a partnership with Sam Mendes at the Donmar Warehouse. She joined the board and later developed a commercial arm to bring productions from London to Broadway. Currently she is represented by Moulin Rouge World Tour, Muriel’s Wedding, West End Unscripted!, and upcoming Bettie Page, Queen of Pin-Ups - The Musical, and Rebel - The James Dean Musical.
In the U.S., Anita was half of the dynamic Waxman-Williams Entertainment, one of the first women-owned producing companies. Together they produced Bombay Dreams, Flower Drum Song, The Elephant Man, Topdog/Underdog (Pulitzer Prize), The Music Man, Cabaret and Noises Off. They also executive produced an unscripted reality TV series entitled, “The Scholar” (ABC TV).
Anita’s other Broadway credits include Good Night and Good Luck, Life of Pi, Slave Play, Tina: The Musical, Escape to Margaritaville, Hello Dolly, Doctor Zhivago, Rocky, Jesus Christ Superstar, Enron, Gypsy, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, The Real Thing, The Wild Party, A Moon for the Misbegotten, Electra, The Young Man from Atlanta (Pulitzer Prize), Hadestown, Come From Away, and many, many more. Off-Broadway credits include The Waverly Gallery, A Night in November, Mrs. Klein (starring Uta Hagen). She has served on the boards of 5th Avenue Theatre (Seattle), The Roundabout Theatre Company and The New Group (New York).
Anita has also worked continuously on her other passions - healthcare technology and children. She is founder of Ceras Health, consults to HapTech Holdings, Inc. and co-founded Diasonics Inc. and Howe-Lewis International. Through her foundation NOAH’S ARK, she established a home for orphaned children in Russia, known today as Anita’s Kids. Tegan Summer is a member of the Broadway League and Society of London Theatre (SOLT), CEO of Tegan Summer Theatricals & Timeless Stage & Screen, and an NAACP and Ovation award-recipient. He is a 2024 recipient of the Political and Public Life Arts & Culture award, presented to him by Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London, at the House of Commons.
He is also the worldwide stage theatrical rights owner for the properties of James Dean, Bettie Page, The Nicholas Brothers, and Amelia Earhart, and holds the life rights for stage musicals for Malcolm X and Harvey Milk.
Summer was a Producer on Andrew Lloyd Webber and Nimax Theatre's 2023 revival of Aspects of Love at the Lyric Theatre, also in London's West End. Summer is a Producer on For Black Boys Who Have Considered Suicide When The Hue Gets Too Heavy for Nimax Theatres and The Royal Court in London. Summer is Executive Producer on Personality - The Lloyd Price Musical for Daryl Roth Productions (Queen Elizabeth Hall, South Bank). He is Lead Producer on the Broadway-bound Stormy Weather - The Lena Horne Musical. Summer also produced the world premiere of Marilyn! - The New Musical (Ogunquit Playhouse | Caesars Entertainment).
Summer is a judge on Birmingham Rep's Victoria Wood Playwriting Prize (in partnership with The Victoria Wood Foundation), the former Board President of Amas Musical Theatre, former President and current Board member of the Foundation for New American Musicals, and a member of the Dramatists Guild. He remains a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild and Equity.

Jana is also co-founder of Seaview Productions and the streaming platform, Broadstream. Her Broadway credits include Good Night and Good Luck, The Last Five Years, Stereophonic (Tony winner for Best Play), Romeo + Juliet, Parade (Tony winner for best Musical Revival), Once Upon a Mattress, Lempicka, How to Dance in Ohio, Slave Play, POTUS, Passover, Thoughts of a Colored Man and What the Constitution Means to Me. On London’s West End: Retrograde, Show Boat, and the Olivier Award-winning Best Musical Gypsy. Jana is Vice-President of Legacy Theatre in Branford, Connecticut, a premier professional repertory venue on the Connecticut shoreline. She also currently serves on the boards of Women Moving Millions and The New Group Off-Broadway nonprofit theater.

Reinventing herself in the new millennium, Sharon has been producing live theater since 2006. Her Broadway credits include The Scottsboro Boys (12 Tony nominations including Best Musical 2011), The Scottsboro Boys, London (12 Olivier nominations including Best Musical 2014), Time Stands Still (2 Tony nominations including Best Play 2010), Stick Fly (Tony nominated Best Play 2012), The Trip to Bountiful starring Cicely Tyson (4 Tony nominations including Best Revival of a Play), Woody Allen’s Bullets Over Broadway (6 Tony nominations), Roger & Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Tony Award, Best Costumes), Pippin (4 Tony Awards including Best Revival of a Musical 2013), The Elephant Man starring Bradley Cooper (4 Tony nominations including Best Revival of a Play), and The Band’s Visit (10 Tony Awards including Best Musical 2018). Sharon was also an Associate Producer at the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, PA from 2014-2021.
The proud mother of 4 tax-paying adults and grandmother to 3 now-very-tall grandchildren and another very tiny one, she is also a co-founder of AmericanConcierge.com (2014) providing custom itineraries consisting of private tours and unique experiences for American tourists visiting Paris, London & Rome… three of the most wonderful magical cities in the world.

Patricia Klausner has produced, written and assistant directed theater since 1990. While she has invested in many Broadway shows, she is credited as a Co-Producer on The Band's Visit (Tony, Best Musical 2018), Pippin (Tony, Best Revival 2013), Stick Fly, The Trip to Bountiful, and The Scottsboro Boys. National Tours: The Band's Visit, Pippin. In London she was part of the producing team of The Scottsboro Boys (Young Vic, Garrick Theatre), and currently West End Unscripted!, and is an Executive Producer for Mozart: Her Story - The New Musical (Carnegie Hall 2023 & Theatre Royal Drury Lane 2024) and Bettie Page, Queen of Pin-Ups - The Musical (Lyric Theatre). She is the Co-Executive Producer of the film Wakefield starring Bryan Cranston and Jennifer Garner.
She is the Managing Directors of Shotgun Productions/Global Arts Initiative, a nonprofit theatrical production and arts education company, serves as Producer/Investor Relations for Alexis Productions, and consults with emerging producers and theater artists.
Patricia has a Ph.D. in sociology and has taught women's studies, race relations, and criminology at the University of Delaware and Montclair State College. She has presented and published academic articles on women's roles in society, and has written plays, screenplays, and short stories with similar themes. She served as a Co-Director of Theater Resources Unlimited's Producers Development Mentorship Program for three years. She currently sits on the Steps Beyond Foundation Board of Directors and is a proud graduate of Commercial Theater Institute.
